Who we are

Louie’s Table is a chef-led private dining and event catering business based in Yorkshire. If you have any questions about this notice or your details, email hello@louies-table.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name and email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, the type of event, your preferred date, the number of guests, the location and your message.

If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we only use that to plan your food safely, and we keep it no longer than we need to for your booking.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and talk through your menu.
  • To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange and cook for your booking.

We use your details because you asked us to get back to you about a booking. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the website and our email:

  • Vercel hosts this website. Like any website host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to show you the site and keep it secure.
  • Resend delivers enquiries from the website to our inbox, using its servers in Ireland.
  • Zoho Mail provides our email inbox, stored in its European data centres.

Each of these only uses your details to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows. If you don’t go ahead, we delete it within 12 months.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it doesn’t use analytics. Our fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Just email hello@louies-table.co.uk.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
